「９月卒業・学位記交付式」について
September Graduation Ceremony and Conferral of Degree Certificate
このたびの新型コロナウイルス感染症が国内で拡大している現状に鑑み，9月12日に予定している「9 月卒業・学位記交付式」は規模を縮小して開催することに決定いたしました。
日本国内で日々感染者が増えていく中，学生や保護者のみなさまの健康や安全面を第一に考え，このような結論に至りましたので，何卒ご理解を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
式典は各課程の代表者による少人数規模の方式で執り行います。また，同時にオンラインによるライブ配信を行います。
なお，式典後の各学部・研究科ごとの学位記交付はすべて郵送で行い，キャンパス内では学位記の交付は行いません。
【学生の式典への参加について】
式典で学位記の交付を行う対象の方は，博士課程学位授与者（全員），修士課程修了者代表1名および学部卒業生代表1名となります。対象者には担当事務より別途ご連絡を差し上げます。
それ以外の学生もご本人は式典にご参加いただけますが，前述のとおり学位記交付は郵送となります。式典に参加された場合でも当日に学位記を受け取ることはできません。予め，ご了承願います。

【学位記の交付について】
学位記につきましては，大学から郵送する方法で交付いたします。具体的な方法等についての詳細は，所属学部等から個別にご案内いたします。
【学生の来校にあたっての諸注意】
・学生はご自身の健康管理並びにマスク着用など感染拡大防止に，十分注意して来校ください。
・体調が悪い場合は来校をご遠慮ください。
・大学では現在，入構可能な門等を限定しております。事前にキャンパス入構ルールをご確認のうえご来校ください。
・入構時には検問ならびに検温（あるいは検温の確認）や健康チェックシートの記入をお願いしていますので，ご協力の程お願いいたします。
・式典中は，一定の距離を保って着席していただきますので，ご協力の程お願いいたします。

Hosei University
September Graduation Ceremony and Conferral of Degree Certificate
In light of the current situation, whereby infections of the novel coronavirus are increasing within Japan, it has been decided that the September Graduation Ceremony and Conferral of Degree Certificate scheduled for September 12th will be held at a reduced scale.
We are thinking foremost of the health and safety of all students and their families amid the day by day increasing numbers of people infected with the coronavirus in Japan, and we would like to ask for everyone’s understanding regarding this decision.
The ceremony will be held on a smaller scale with a reduced number of representatives from each course. In addition, we stream the ceremony online at the same time.
Furthermore, all degree certificates will be posted out to students by each faculty and research department after the ceremonies. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to obtain your degree certificate on campus.
Participation in Student Ceremony
Eligibility to attend the ceremony is restricted to students who have been conferred with a doctorate (all students), 1 student representative for those who have completed a master degree program, and 1 student representative for those who have completed an undergraduate degree program. Those who are eligible will be contacted separately by their course administrators.
Other students may also attend the ceremony, but as mentioned above, all degree certificates will be sent out afterwards by mail. Even if you attend the ceremony, degree certificates will not be handed out on that same day. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
The date and place of the ceremony are as follows:

Schedule: September 12th (Saturday), 10 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.
Location: Satta Hall, 6th floor of the Sotobori Building, Ichigaya Campus

We are very sorry, but family members will not be able to attend.
Conferral of Degree Certificates
Degree certificates will be sent by Hosei University via mail. Detailed information on how specifically they will be sent out can be found separately via the faculty sending the certificate.
Warning to Students Regarding Coming to Hosei University
・Students should pay sufficient caution to their own health management and to preventing the spread of infection, such as by wearing a mask, when coming to the university.
・Please do not come to the university if you are feeling unwell.
・Entry at the university’s gates is currently limited. Please confirm the campus entry rules on the website before coming to university.
・When entering the university there is an inspection point where you must confirm your temperature (or have your temperature taken) and fill in a health check sheet. We appreciate your cooperation with this.
・During the ceremony all attendees will be seated at a set distance from each other. We appreciate your cooperation with this.
