On April 1st, 2024, we held an orientation for new students.
At this orientation for new students, we provided information on the GIS curriculum and our unique support systems (GSAS, which supports overseas graduate school admissions, and GGLI, our industry-academia collaboration organization), and we gave new students the chance to deepen their understanding of GIS.
Following the Dean's speech, a representative from Student Support Services gave an explanation about what kind of support students can get. In addition, the new students got to know each other through games that were arranged by Student Ambassadors.
We sincerely hope that all of our new students have a great university life going forward.

2024年4月1日、新入生オリエンテーションが開催されました。
新入生オリエンテーションでは、カリキュラム概要、学部独自のサポートシステム（海外大学院進学サポートGSASや産学連携組織GGLI）などについての情報が提供され、新入生が学部への理解を深める機会となりました。
学部長の挨拶の後、学生支援部門の代表者が学生支援サービスについて説明しました。さらに、Student Ambassadorによるゲームを通じて、新入生同士の交流を深めました。
新入生の皆さんが素晴らしい大学生活を送ることを心から祈っています。
