Hi everyone! My name is Alex. I am a Junior at GIS. My hobby is skiing, and I work as a ski instructor in winter. I know some students are unsure about what to do in university and after graduation. If you are like this, GIS is the best place to find your path. Taking classes from different disciplines is essential in GIS, allowing students to find and develop new interests. Taking different kinds of courses in English also helps us broaden our view of the world and gives us more choices for the future. Hello! My name is Taro. I am a third-year student at GIS. At first, I was worried about my daily life at university, but the friends I have made here in GIS have been very nice and have been very welcoming towards me. One of the great things about GIS is that the faculty has small-sized classes, which gives us the opportunity to have engaging discussions with our classmates and with our professors. Our professor has taught our lessons with a lot of enthusiasm. We love these classes! In addition, students can take courses in a wide range of liberal arts subjects ~ this has given us the ability to be exposed to a diversity of perspectives and given us broader knowledge. One of the things I enjoy most at GIS is the atmosphere. The environment and ambience of the GIS is very relaxed and friendly. When I first started studying here, I was nervous, but I quickly realized that the GIS staff, the faculty and my fellow students are supportive. You don’t have to be perfect.
