Mario Stein, CEO of Red Bull Japan, will share the company’s core mission and vision and the work environment and talent strategy that bring them to life. Beyond brand case studies, this event explores values-driven organization building, ways of working that empower challenge and initiative, and how Red Bull identifies, hires, and develops talent.
In the recruitment session, the HR/recruitment team will provide an overview of the latest selection process, the competencies sought by Red Bull, and practical guidance for applications—clarifying both “the common attributes of high performers at Red Bull” and “the capabilities students should develop now.” A Q&A session offers a rare opportunity to ask directly about the work reality and career development.
