2025年11月10日（月）～11月14日（金）の1週間、GISでは在学生を対象に「キャリアフォーラム」を開催しました。
今年のキャリアフォーラムの様子
■ キャリアフォーラムとは
キャリアフォーラムは、就職活動を終えた4年生をゲストに迎え、実際の体験談やアドバイスを聞くことができるイベントです。毎年GISで開催している定期的なキャリア支援の取り組みであり、在学生が将来の進路を考える貴重な機会となっています。
■ 今年のフォーラムの様子
今年も、日系企業・外資系企業をはじめ、さまざまな業界に進む4年生が登壇しました。各回では、履歴書の準備や面接対策、インターンシップでの経験、企業選びのポイントなど、就職活動の“リアル”なエピソードが語られました。
質疑応答の時間も設けられ、登壇者と在学生の間で意見交換が行われました。議題には、「どのような理由でその業界を選択したか」や「日系企業と外資系企業の選考プロセスの違い」などが含まれました。
■ まとめ
キャリアフォーラムは、先輩たちの実体験を通して、進路を考える上でのヒントを得られる貴重な場です。参加した在学生にとって、自身の将来像を描くきっかけとなりました。今後もGISでは、学生のキャリア形成を支援するイベントを継続的に実施していきます。
From Monday, November 10 to Friday, November 14, 2025, GIS held its annual Career Forum for current GIS students.
■ What is the Career Forum?
The Career Forum is an event where fourth-year students who have completed their job-hunting processes are invited as guest speakers to share their personal experiences and practical advice. Held annually at GIS as part of our ongoing career-support initiatives, the Forum provides a valuable opportunity for students to reflect on and prepare for their future career paths.
■ Highlights from This Year’s Career Forum
This year, fourth-year students who secured positions in a wide range of sectors, including Japanese corporations, global firms, and multiple other industries, joined as speakers. Each session covered job-hunting experiences, résumé writing, interview techniques, internships, and employer selection.
After every presentation, there was a Q&A period that encouraged lively interaction between the speakers and the audience. Topics included questions such as “What motivated you to choose your industry?” and “How do the selection processes differ between Japanese and global companies?”

The Career Forum offers students a unique chance to learn from the first-hand experiences of their fellow students and to gather insights that may help shape their own career paths.
