As members of the GIS faculty all GIS students can access a dedicated study room which isn't open to other Hosei students.
If you are looking for a place to study, prepare a presentation, plan out a group session or anything else related to your studies at GIS, why not try the GIS Common Room in the Fujimizaka Building? This room can be used for study between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday (closed between 11.30 and 12.30).
It is located next door to the GIS Reference Room which also has a library with books personally chosen by GIS professors for use with the different classes that they teach (books can only be used while in the Common Room). In addition, in this room you can find a native English speaker who among other things can provide feedback on essays and other assignments (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday only).
