If you are looking for a quiet place to study, why not try the GIS Common Room in the Fujimizaka Building? This room can be used for study between 9am and 5pm on weekdays.
It is located next door to the GIS Reference Room which also has a library that can be used by GIS students (books can only be used while in the Common Room).
