【海外大学院進学サポート】Graduate School Application Support

Graduate school is one of the most important ways students can build upon their education and enhance their career. At GIS, our special Graduate School Application Support (GSAS) empowers students to take their studies further. In fact, the percentage of students at GIS who have gone on to pursue their postgraduate education overseas is among the highest of the all-English curriculum undergraduate programs in Japan. 

GSAS offers a number of services to help students learn about graduate school, plan for application, apply for programs and scholarships, and what to do after graduation. Structured feedback from professors and academic support from a dedicated staff member helps GIS students go on to studies in graduate schools, both in Japan and overseas. Other GSAS support includes:

• Informational sessions about graduate school and how to apply
• Explanations on how graduate study can aide career goals
• Suggestions on how best to prepare for graduate school while a GIS student
• Informational resources about graduate programs and scholarships
• Personal consultations with professors in relevant fields
• Detailed guidance for selection of graduate programs
• Support drafting of personal statements

GISでの学びをさらに深めたい学生のために、GISでは国内・海外大学院進学のためのサポート（Graduate School Application Support: GSAS）を行っています。卒業生のうち、海外の大学院に進学する学生の割合は、英語でカリキュラムを行う日本の大学の中で上位を占めています。
