ウクライナ留学生による母国紹介イベントを開催しました（多摩キャンパス）

　12月14日、多摩Gラウンジでウクライナからの留学生による母国紹介イベント「ウクライナをもっと知ろう＠多摩」を開催しました。このイベントでは、ウクライナからの留学生が母国の文化・歴史・人々・言語などを紹介し、参加者でウクライナについて深く知り、考える機会として開催しました。

　当日は「プレゼンテーション」と「ポスターセッション」の２部構成で開催しました。
　プレゼンテーションでは、留学生がウクライナを歴史・文化・自然・建築などといったテーマ別に紹介し、参加者は留学生が作成したパワーポイントを見ながら説明に耳を傾けました。質疑応答では参加者からウクライナの文化や現在の情勢について多くの質問が寄せられ、当初予定していた終了時刻を過ぎても質問が止まないほど活発な交流が行われました。また、ポスターセッションでは留学生が作成したポスターをテーマ別に掲示し、参加者はポスターに書かれた内容について留学生に質問し、交流しました。また、ポスターセッション以外でもウクライナの留学生と参加者での交流は続き、留学生・参加者ともに終了時間ぎりぎりまで交流を楽しみました。留学生が作成したポスターは12月12日（月）～16日（金）まで多摩Gラウンジで展示し、近くを通りかかった学生や教職員が関心を寄せていました。

　今回のイベント実施にあたり、ウクライナの留学生は午前中に多摩キャンパスツアーと学食での昼食を楽しみました。ツアーでは多摩キャンパスに通う学生がガイドを行い、HUBs（Hosei University Buddy System）に所属する学生が引率しながら留学生のサポートを行いました。留学生は多摩キャンパスの広大な敷地や自然、多摩キャンパス独自の施設に感動した様子でした。また、EGG DOME２階のSlow World Cafeで昼食をとり、留学生はワッフルやチーズケーキといったスイーツメニューを楽しみました。

　以下、ツアーガイドを行った学生およびウクライナの留学生からの感想文を掲載します。

この度ウクライナ留学生への多摩キャンパスツアーを担当させていただきました。多摩キャンパスには初めて訪れてくれたとのことだったので、多摩の魅力を最大限伝える事に努めました。留学生は多摩キャンパスや日本についての様々な質問をしてくださり、興味を持ってくれていることをとても嬉しく思いました。彼女たちの英語力はとても高く、勉学に対する熱心さに尊敬を感じたことと同時に自分も刺激を受けました。自分のつたない英語でもしっかりと理解してコミュニケーションを取ってくださり、感謝の言葉をいただいてとても嬉しく思いました。私もウクライナに関する沢山の事を教えていただき、より関心を抱きました。ウクライナ留学生と交流する貴重な機会を通して彼女たちの様々な価値観・考え方を聞くことができ、とても良い学びとなりました。

To begin with, I was really astonished by Tama's nature and its huge territory. Students have so many opportunities to do a lot of different sports and activities. I think it's very nice that there is even a dormitory on the campus territory where the club's members can stay for a couple of nights to prepare for events.

It was interesting to listen to Yuisa-san. She did a great job as our guide. 

I cannot mention the food in the cafeteria; it was really delicious. 

I was glad to be invited to such a great campus and be able to share my culture and knowledge about my motherland Ukraine with other Japanese students. Thanks to Hosei's staff for such a great opportunity and support.

On the 14th of December, 2022 I visited the TAMA campus for the first time to introduce Ukraine for Hosei’s students by doing the presentation and poster session.

We were kindly greeted by Yuisa-san who did the campus tour for us. I was very impressed by the beautiful nature and the campus' scale and facilities. When we were walking around the campus I got the thought that it’s a very great place and I should definitely visit it many more times! We also had an amazing lunch at EGG DOME and I was very surprised that TAMA campus’ canteens have a deserts option so I couldn't miss this opportunity and tried a lot :)

To be honest I was very nervous before the presentation but when I saw the audience being very interested and engaged with us a lot that gave me confidence and relieved my worries. After the presentation a lot of people came to talk to us so I was very happy to answer all the questions. We also made a lot of friends in this short period of time so I am very grateful to be given this amazing opportunity.

Can’t wait to visit next time.
