[Note]

  1. The entrance ceremony is divided into morning and afternoon sessions depending on the faculty the student is enrolling in. Each student should attend the entrance ceremony that corresponds to the faculty they’re enrolling in. Students may not participate in the entrance ceremony that’s not intended for their corresponding faculty.
  2. Students and attendants are required to bring their admission pass to the venue. Persons without an admission pass will not be admitted. Please note that due to the capacity of the venue, no more than two accompanying persons may be admitted.
  3. Areas surrounding the venue will become extremely congested on the day of the ceremony. We suggest you to arrive early.
  4. For details on the ceremony and schedule, please refer to the “New Student Information.”
  5. Please use public transportation to come to the venue. You may not park your car at the venue. To alleviate congestion, please also refrain from gathering inside the station or near the ticket gate.
  6. Soliciting and distributing leaflets to advertise an organization including student clubs on the Budokan grounds or near the grounds are prohibited.
  7. Smoking is prohibited in the Nippon Budokan and Kitanomaru Park area.
  8. At a later date, a video of the ceremony will be posted on this website.
