[Note]

  1. Accompanying persons are welcome to attend the ceremony. There is no admission card or limit on the number of people.
  2. Graduates must show your student ID card when entering.
  3. Areas surrounding the venue will become extremely congested on the day of the ceremony. We suggest you to arrive early.
  4. Please use public transportation to come to the venue. You may not park your car at the venue. To alleviate congestion, please also refrain from gathering inside the station or near the ticket gate. 
  5. Smoking is prohibited in the Nippon Budokan and Kitanomaru Park area.
  6. After the main ceremony, individual diploma conferral ceremonies will be held for each faculty/graduate school. Diplomas will be issued in exchange for your student ID, graduate student card and questionnaire (object person only) distributed on the day. For details, please refer to HOPPII website.
