opening time 12.30 p.m. starting of a ceremony 1 p.m. closing of a ceremony 1.30 p.m.
Location
Satta Hall, 6th floor of the Sotobori Building, Ichigaya Campus

- Attendants will be allowed to participate in the ceremony.
- After the ceremony, orientation, welcome party and guidance will be held.
