法政大学スーパーグローバル大学創成支援事業シンポジウム「持続可能な地球社会の構築に貢献する人材育成」を開催しました

2017年3月17日（金）、法政大学スーパーグローバル大学創成支援事業シンポジウム「持続可能な地球社会の構築に貢献する人材育成」が市ケ谷キャンパスにて開催され、GIS前学部長のダイアナ・コー教授が「サステイナブル社会を担う人材像と人材育成」をテーマとしてパネルディスカッションを行いました。

I introduced GIS to representatives of high school in Taiwan and Vietnam, and then again for a bigger audience at the SGU Symposium.  I was overwhelmed by the positive responses to our faculty and assurances that their students -- from overseas high schools and international schools -- would "definitely be interested" in our faculty. Two GIS students stayed for the reception afterwards and they managed to impress our visitors as well!  Through the event, I was reminded again that quality education and diversity are our strength indeed.
