As demonstrated by recent achievements of Japan’ s advanced technology, science and technology in Japan has made huge leaps. In the past, we learned a great deal from the United States and European countries to develop science and technology. Today, however, the technical fields in which Japan is taking the leading role in the world are increasing. So there are increasing expectations from the industrial world in Japan as well as in foreign countries for developing outstanding engineers and researchers with creative abilities.

To respond to these social needs, we provide majors in such fields as mechanical engineering, materials chemistry, electrical engineering, information electronics engineering, civil engineering and architecture, and system engineering. Education and technical guidance are offered with the primary objective to produce engineers and researchers who can contribute the future development of technology and science.
