Extension College

The Hosei University Extension College (HELP: Hosei university Extension-college of Lifelong-learning for Professionals) has, since its establishment as the Lifelong Learning Department of Hosei University in 1998, held a variety of open classes for not just students, but regular citizens, housewives and other groups. The extension college is different from other lifelong learning facilities, as it offers a variety of courses which are both practical and interesting and which will have a useful and significant effect on the future of students.
For students there are courses aimed at acquiring public notary and bookkeeping accreditations as well as English conversation and other topics. The college also provides a great opportunity for students and teachers to surpass the normal departmental and school year boundaries and form new relationships with co-learners.
